All Just Rewards Certificate Awards must be redeemed before the expiration date listed on the certificate; normally, this is one year from the date of Award issue.

When choosing an event, please keep in mind that you must allow at least 45 days for processing of your certificate. As such, only events taking place 45 or more days from your date of redemption are available for redemption.

You will receive a confirmation that your certificate redemption request has been recieved within 48 hours of submission. Should there be any problems with your redepmtion request, you will be notified at that time.

All events available for redemption are based on both acommodation and event ticket availability. As such, it is important to note that availability can be exhausted from time to time. While we will make every effort to fill your award package with your first redemption choice, there are rare instances where this is simply impossible. Should this occur, you will be promptly contacted by one of our Customer Satisfaction Representatives and given the opportunity to redeem your certificate for a different event.

Additional charges will apply for addition nights and/or tickets, and are subject to availability.

Your tickets and accommodation information will arrive within one week of the event, unless otherwise advised, and will be sent to your provided address via Fed-ex mail. A signature will be required for delivery of this package.

The Corporate Sport Customer Satisfaction and Support Center at 1-800-700-1357 is open Monday through Friday 9AM - 6PM and can help you with questions ranging from the validity of your certificate through the status of your order. Furthermore, the Support Center can also assist you finding an event to attend, should you have trouble deciding what to redeem your certificate for.
