The JustRewards Redemption Center at 1-866-904-5577 is open Monday through Friday 9AM - 6PM ESTand can help you with questions ranging from the validity of your certificate through the status of your order. Furthermore, the JustRewards Redemption Center can also assist you finding an event to attend, should you have trouble deciding what to redeem your certificate for.

Whether you're traveling a hundred miles or a thousand miles to see your event, we will give your order the same personal attention, assuring you not only a successful trip, but also an experience you'll remember the rest of your life.

One of the most common problems users of the JustRewards Certificate Redemption Module encounter is their certificate award number or the tracking number not working once they enter it. Normally, this is due to the user entering the number incorrectly; however, should your number still not work after several attempts, a phone call to our JustRewards Redemption Center will usually correct the problem.

Please be advised that all events available for redemption are based on both accommodation and event ticket availability. As such, it is important to note that availability can be exhausted from time to time. While we will make every effort to fill your award package with your first redemption choice, there are rare instances where this is simply impossible. Should this occur, you will be promptly contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives and given the opportunity to redeem your certificate for a different event. Furthermore, all JustRewards certificates must be redeemed thirty (30) days or more prior to your selected event; and, for cruise certificates actual vacation travel must take place before the expiration date listed on the certificate.
